Beautifully decorated gourd guiro from the Andes region in Peru. Since each guiro is handmade from natural materials, each instrument is unique - sizes and styles will vary. Experiment with yours to discover its individual characteristics. Due to the natural materials used, this instrument is somewhat fragile and will need to be handled with care. Includes a wood scraper. Average guiro size is approximately 10" to 12" long x 3" to 4" diameter.
